A teenage boy stabbed in the neck during a brawl in Croydon in the early hours of the morning has died.
The boy, believed to be 17 years old, was attacked after a scuffle broke out between six to eight men on Sumner Road near the junction with London Road at about 1.30am this morning.

Cane Hill. 23rd November 2007
We were granted exclusive access to the former Victorian insane asylum at Cane Hill. Since its closure in 1991, the 81 hectare site has been left undisturbed, except for security guards and urban explorers. The buildings are rapidly decaying and redevelopment plans are due to be released next month.

Everybody seems to have been having a go at our poor old town. This week more than ever. Calling it a concrete jungle and comparing it to the worst of Russian architecture of the Soviet era. Well, I’m just not having any of it. I spent the afternoon having a wander about. This is what I saw! I hope you enjoy my tongue in cheek look.
